I have been wanting to try Garbanzo's for awhile now. Finally, I got to go. I got a bowl with Gyro meat and it was amazing! It is clean and fresh and great food.

I was visiting my mother in Iowa and decided to give this place a try, in Ames. My son and I were oohing and aahing over our salads. And we couldn’t believe they have a “satisfaction guaranteed” sign on the wall, basically stating they want us to be happy so if you don’t Iike what you tried, they’ll either let you try something else or give you a refund. With the extremely low margins with restaurants, and dishonest people, it’s very generous of them to do this. But we were extremely happy with our food. And it’s so healthy!! So when we were in Ankeny, and saw that they had a Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh there, we hit it for lunch again! And then for dessert we went right next door and got a delicious açaí bowl for dessert. I highly recommend this place if you want great food that’s extremely healthy.
